Description
We take you on a trip to the hard-to-find places and away from the crowds for spectacular views and the excitement of traveling off-road in the unique natural landscapes of Southern Crete – all in one day!
The safari in Rethymno, both on and off road, give ample opportunity to enjoy the flora and fauna of rural Crete, remote traditional villages and, of course, the chance to enjoy and capture the unforgetable landscapes of Crete. We also visit the famous Palm beach of Preveli for a leisurely lunch in a traditional village taverna and there will be opportunity to swim in the Libyan sea and enjoy the Cretan sun.
In this excursion a driver is not provided therefore the clients that wish to participate in Discovery’s safari in Rethymno should be able to drive. In case of a non driver please advise us so that we can arrange for you to go in a jeep that already has a driver.
**If you are 4 pax you take your own jeep, if you are 2 pax you share the Jeep with other 2 pax.
In the price the following services are included:
- Guide -Pick up and return to client’s hotel.
- Jeep Hire -Petrol and lunch and all Greek taxes.
The Lunch includes:
- Meat with rice/ potatoes or Vegeterian platter
- Salad in season, tzatziki and bread
- 1.5 ltr of water
All drivers should own a driving full license for at least 1 year and be over 18 years old.
Due to partnership with tour operators, availability maybe limited.
